Q.  Who is Sports Travel & Tickets?

A.  We are an independent Premium Sports Package Tour provider, operating online since 1996. We are also a former premium division of MyTicketsQuick™ and The Travel Center™, an accredited international travel agency, providing sports tickets and premium sports travel packages since 1979. Q.  How do I make a sports ticket & hotel package reservation?

A.  You may purchase immediately online or also make reservation inquiries by completing our contact form. You may also call our office directly at (888) 885-3132. When making a reservation online, simply go to the travel package desired, select the occupancy (number of persons in each room), and any other seating options or upgrades desired to customize your package. Once we confirm your reservation, you are GUARANTEED to enjoy your event! 

Q. Can I modify my sports travel package?

A. Yes. When selecting your package, you may choose to upgrade your ticket seating selection, as well as other any other options offered. Most of the hotels in our packages require a minimum night stay, but please inquire about other modifications, such as extending your stay beyond the basic package, which may not show on our website. We are happy to provide details on custom modifications.

Q. I am a business and I am interested in corporate discounts and programs to reward my employees and clients. Do you offer anything tailored to my needs with regard to sports tickets, hotel packages or travel packages?

Q. What forms of payment do you accept for sporting event packages and hospitality?

A. We accept all major credit cards. If it is more than 90 days prior to the event, you may also make a payment by Check or Money Order. To pay by Paypal, please call us at (888) 885-3132.

Q. When is payment required for my hotel & travel package?

A. If more than 90 days prior to the event, you may pay in full or you may also request to make a deposit to guarantee your reservation. Deposit amounts vary but our friendly team is happy to give you the details. Full payment is due if you are within 90 days of the event. 

Q. What is your cancellation policy for sporting event related packages?

A. Because of the "Sold Out" nature of tickets and rooms for premier sports events, our suppliers require non-refundable full payment in advance. Therefore, we are unable to refund payments received if you cancel your reservation.

Q. Do you offer trip cancellation insurance for sports ticket packages? [Cancellation Insurance]

A. Yes, we do offer travel insurance through Travel Guard™ which will provide coverage for cancellation due to medical or certain unforeseen reasons. You may receive a quote and purchase cancellation insurance online. Additionally, please feel free to call our office to receive a quote and purchase travel insurance.

Q. What happens after I confirm my reservation for my sports travel package?

A. Once you have made your reservation and the necessary payment has been received, you will be sent a Trip Confirmation Guarantee which will detail your reservations. Depending on how far in advance you make your reservations, we may also be in contact to assist you in preparing for your trip. Approximately 2-3 weeks prior to your trip, we will send you a complete set of documents. You have the choice of receiving your documents electronically or via Federal Express. No matter your choice, the documents will include a full description of your tour, ticket vouchers and confirmation of all the reservations.

Q. When do I receive my sporting event tickets or my sports hospitality credentials?

A. Tickets are distributed on-site by our Concierge Team. Your documents, which you will receive in advance of your event, will include vouchers as well as full description of when and where your vouchers will be exchanged for your tickets.

Q. Should I be concerned that I won't get my sports package tickets?

Q. How does Sports Travel & Tickets secure my tickets & hospitality for the Kentucky Derby, Indianapolis 500, Masters Golf, etc?

A. For over 30 years we have developed relationships which enable us to obtain tickets to 'sold out' events. We have built trusted relationships with season ticket holders, athletes and sports authorities and through these relationships we are able to obtain tickets and hospitality which is rarely seen by the general public. We are not an official box office for any of the events. We are an independent sport tour operator and we offer tickets to popular worldwide events as part of a package. Tickets are procured at prices above face value and the cost of our packages reflects the cost and difficulty in obtaining the 'sold out' elements of the package.
